Chokes Up

“Whenever I want to start talking to a girl I get really nervous and choke up.”

Miquel Vendabergert

Liam’s Answer

Choking when talking to a girl is really common, so don’t be embarrassed about it. The first thing to remember is not to have anything in your moth when you do meet a girl. The results could be fatal.

One thing I have learnt over the years is that girls are basically like normal people. If you talk to them, they will usually talk back, and they will usually find you boring and walk away, leaving you standing alone with a drink in your hand and no one to talk to.

Which means that choking up on them and not knowing what to say is fine. She was going to walk away in a few seconds anyway, so what’s the loos.

Chris’ Answer

When I go to parties, I have some carefully prepared conversation notes written on the back of my hand.

During a conversation, if I run out of things to say, I quickly glance at my hand, and then talk about the next thing.

That works well on the days I haven’t been shopping. You need to be careful. “Tinea Cream” is not a great conversation starter.
