Use a vacuum cleaner to make lots of hickey like marks all over your
body, and if anyone asks, casually mention you have a flesh-eating
virus.

Here’s a slightly different way to look at the situation when someone
has tried to suck the blood through your skin. Slash your forehead
with a knife – everybody will be so worried about the gushing
blood, they won’t notice the hickey.
